Law No. 154 - Regulates the generation, handling, storage, collection, transportation, treatment and final disposal of all pathogenic waste

This law creates regulations regarding the handling, collection, storage, and disposal of waste, including wastewater, from activities that care for human and animal health and therefore may contain medical or pathogenic residues.
