Decree No. 1 - Regulation for the control of aquatic pollution

This regulation prohibits a variety of aquatic pollution, but contains explicit prohibitions on pollution due to dumping of waste and other materials. The regulation also establishes a framework for pollution surveillance in Chilean water sources.
