Law No. 147 of 2021 promulgating the Water Resources and Irrigation Law

This law's objective is to create effective water irrigation, sewage, and distribution systems. It establishes the Water Use Associations, which requires approval of agricultural projects, conservation of the Nile River, regulation of groundwater, and protection of water resources from pollutants, including wastewater discharge.
