Waste Management Law No.202 of 2020

This law aims to create a system for safely managing and disposing of waste, reducing waste, and encouraging the recycling of waste in a way that is environmentally sustainable and healthy. It also establishes a Waste Management Authority, which oversees all waste disposal, including medical and other hazardous wastes.
