Decree No. 29 - Special Regulation on Wastewater and Wastewater Sludge Management

This decree establishes the standards for the treatment and disposal of wastewater effluent. It gives authority to the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources to create policy regulating pollutant disposal, sewerage systems and wastewater treatment facilities.
