Law No. 3/2007 - Law regulating Water and Coasts in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea
This law establishes the Administrative Intervention System, which assesses potentially environmentally impactful activities listed in this law. It aims to encourage sustainable development, provide the framework for the conservation of the environment and set water quality standards.
