Decree No. 0076/PR of June 11, 2019 creating and organizing a High Commissioner for the Environment and Quality of Life at the Presidency of the Republic

This regulation creates the High Commissioner for Environment and Quality of Life, which is responsible for aiding the president in overseeing environmental protection, monitoring, pollution prevention, authorizing environmental impact assessments, supervising waste management and treatment, organizing sanitation activities, and managing funds related to the environment.
