Environmental Quality Standards Regulations, 1999

This regulation establishes the Environment Quality Standards Board and states that it is responsible for formulating policies and standards related to the environment and for assisting the National Environment Management Council. This board will set water quality standards and protocols for monitoring the quality of water bodies.
