Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides Control and Management Act (No. 12 of 1994)

This legislation creates the Chemicals and Pesticides Control Management Executive Council, which is tasked with regulating and monitoring pesticides and other hazardous materials through all stages of production and disposal.
