Presidential Decree No. 51. Establishment of measures and procedures for the integrated management and protection of water sources, in compliance with Directive No. 2000/60/EC establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy
This law provides for implementation and framework of coordinated action for water policy and also establishes classifications for water and requirements for water quality standards and monitoring.
