Decree No. 104-93 - General Environmental Law

This law broadly outlines environmental protections against air, water and soil pollution. In particular, the law regulates pollutant disposal into water sources, and contains provisions to ensure the monitoring of potentially harmful establishments and activities through environmental assessments.
