Cabinet Regulation No. 92 of 2004 on Requirements for the Monitoring of Surface Water, Groundwater and Protected Areas and the Development of Monitoring Programmes

This Regulation prescribes the requirements for the monitoring of surface water, groundwater and protected areas, actions to be performed if water quality is compromised, and rules for the frequency of water sampling.
