Law No. 192 of 2020 to amend Law No. 77 of 13/4/2018 “Water Law”
This law amends the previous water law to make the layout of the management of water resources more clear and schematic. This law protects water against pollution and gives the Ministry of Energy and Water the authority over water resources.
