Environment Protection and Management Law

This Act establishes the legal framework for the Environment Protection Authority, working in partnership with regulated Ministries and organizations, to facilitate sustainable development and environmental protection and to provide high-quality information to the public. This law lays out the standards for water quality and monitoring.
