Law of 15 May 2018 on environmental impact assessment
This law regulates the environmental impact assessment, stating that it should appropriately identify, describe, and evaluate the direct and indirect significant impacts of a project on various factors, including population health, biodiversity, land, soil, water, air, climate, material goods, cultural heritage, and landscape.
