Chapter 3 of Title 26 of the Pohnpei State Code - Soil and Water Conservation Act of 1992
This act aims to prevent erosion and enhance the sustainable utilization of land and water resources through the establishment of a Pohnpei Soil and Water Conservation District, which will be administered by the Department of Land and Natural Resources and the Soil and Water Conservation Board.
