Regulation for the Management of Hazardous Waste

This regulation authorizes the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Environment to issue licenses for the disposal of hazardous wastes. Moreover, entities handling, transporting and disposing of hazardous waste must meet the standards for equipment and procedures or forfeit their licenses.
