Ministerial Resolution No. 11 of 1979 defining the general and particular requirements and conditions for commercial and industrial houses as well as for the public utilities
The regulation requires commercial and industrial houses and buildings to have good airing, sufficient water quality and supply, and a drainage and sewerage system for waste disposal materials.
