Samoa Water Authority (Sewerage and Wastewater) Regulations 2009 (S.R. 2009/15)
This regulation authorizes the Authority to establish, implement, manage, and maintain sewerage and wastewater schemes and provides for the regulation of introduction of wastewater into the sewage system.
