Water Act (within the Saudi Vision 2030)
This act establishes that all water sources are property of the State. The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture is responsible for regulating sources of water, such as granting licenses for the use of water sources, developing a disaster management plan, creating a center for information and research, monitoring water, promoting environmentally sustainable technologies related to water, and supplying sanitary water to communities in Saudi Arabia.
