Decree No. 2012-654 of July 4, 2012 relating to the powers of the Minister of Hydraulics and Sanitation thumbnail

This regulation tasks the Minister of Hydraulics and Sanitation with supplying and monitoring drinking water to populations in rural, urban and peri-urban areas. The Minister is also responsible for developing a national hydrographic network and overseeing the management of industrial liquid waste.
