Water Code
This act ensures the sustainable utilization of water resources, addressing pollution, depletion, water body conditions, and the safeguarding of the rights of individuals and legal entities involved in water-related activities. Article 62 specifically says that discharge of wastewater of a medical nature is strictly prohibited.
