Ministerial Regulation Soil and Groundwater Contamination Control in Factory Area B.E. 2559 (2016)
This regulation states that factories are responsible for carrying a soil and groundwater inspection to be undertaken by a private laboratory that is registered with the Department of Industrial Works.
