Water Resources Act 2020
(No. 2 of 2020)
This Act provides for the protection and conservation of water resources by vesting power in the Ministry to establish standards for water quality, have control over waste management operations, and to take action to regulate or prohibit activities relating to water. This law also defines offenses regarding polluting water.
