Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (G.N. No. 175 of 2011)

This regulation states that all projects are subject to the EIA provisions, and an environmental management and monitoring plan must be submitted with the EIA report with preliminary environmental assessments, terms of reference, EIA report, etc issued by the Director of the Department of Environmental Protection and Conservation.
