National Guidelines on the Access and Sharing of Benefits derived from the Use of Genetic resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge

These Guidelines are designed to provide a framework for access to genetic resources and associated traditional knowledge and for the fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising from their use. These Guidelines were adopted by Decree No. 2018-405 of September 07, 2018, as regulatory standards.
