Decree No. 2016-1788 of December 19, 2016 relating to the transmission of transfer data for medicinal products used in veterinary medicine containing one or more antibiotic substances

This regulation creates parameters for the prescription and distribution of veterinary drugs containing one or more antibiotic substances and used in aquaculture. The stated purpose of this regulation is to decrease the likelihood of AMR emergence in the aquaculture industry.
