Pharmacy and Poisons Regulations

These Regulations regulate the prescription and sale of medical products, including veterinary medical products, in Hong Kong. Schedule 3 lists the medications that can be sold only upon a prescription given by a registered medical practitioner, registered dentist, or registered veterinary surgeon.
