The Environmental Management and Co-Ordination Regulations
(Conservation of Biological Diversity and Resources, Access to Genetic Resources, and Benefit-Sharing)
These Regulations operationalize the provisions of the Environmental Management and co-Ordination Act, and establishes an ABS mechanism for access to genetic resources and traditional knowledge in Kenya.
