Vaccination Rules
Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 330
These regulations outline the rights and duties of those involved in administering or receiving vaccinations in Latvia. This regulation relies on the powers granted in the Epidemiological Security Law. It defines emergency powers, exemptions and restates mandatory vaccines. Notably, Latvia allows for medical and non-medical exemptions and does not have enforcement mechanisms.
