Law No. 2,426 - Creates the National Service for Animal Quality and Health (SENACSA)
This Law establishes the National Service for Quality and Animal Health (SENACSA) as the veterinary authority in Paraguay. It also contains measures for the prevention and control of communicable diseases in animals in Paraguay, such as quarantine and restriction of movement.
