Article 5 of the Act of Prevention and Control of Infection and Infectious Diseases in Humans is enforceable pursuant to Article 119, paragraph one of the Act of 17 June 1966 on Enforcement Proceedings in Administration. This section states that the failure to comply with the mandated vaccination schedule results in the delinquent party incurring a fine.
