Act on the Prevention of Contagious Animal Diseases
This Act contains measures for the prevention and control of communicable diseases in animals in the Republic of Korea, such as quarantine and restriction of movement. The Minister for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has authority over these decisions.
