Law No. 221-XVI on veterinary and sanitary activities
This Law regulates all aspects of veterinary activities in the Republic of Moldova. This includes measures to prevent and control communicable diseases in animals, such as quarantine, and regulation of medicated feed and antibiotics in animal feed. It also establishes the State Veterinary and Sanitary Service as the veterinary authority in Moldova.
