On immunoprophylaxis of infectious diseases
This law outlines the requirements for vaccination of citizens and residents of the Russian Federation. Vaccinations are mandatory, and there are social exclusion penalties that may be invoked for those who do not have completed vaccination regimens, however, anyone is allowed to refuse a vaccination for either medical or non-medical reasons.
