Article 57 - regards patient penalties. The mandatory vaccinations are to be enforced by exclusion of unvaccinated children from schools and may also result in a fine of between 400 and 4,000 Euros. This mandatory emergency vaccination is enforceable by a fine ranging from 4,000-100,000 Euros.
