National Drug Policy and Authority Act 1993 (Ch 206)
This Act regulates the import, export, sale and prescription of drugs in Uganda, including those for veterinary use. It specifies certain drugs - including antimicrobials - that may be provided only on the prescription of a duly qualified medical practitioner, dentist or veterinary surgeon.
