The Public Health (Amendment) Bill, 2021
This document updates the 1935 Public Health Act to tailor requirements for the promotion of public health and the mitigation of infectious disease outbreaks. This document should be read in conjunction with the original 1935 Public Health Act. Notably, vaccinations are not required to be offered free of charge.
