Federal Law No.8 of 2013 on the prevention and control of contagious and epidemic animal diseases
This Law establishes the Minister of Environment and Water as the competent veterinary authority in Ukraine, and contains measures for the prevention and control of communicable diseases in animals, such as quarantine.
