Decree 2287 of 2003
which regulates the use of the Children's Health Card as a requirement for entry to educational and welfare establishments.

This decree requires that pupils receive all mandatory immunizations before being admitted to a public school. Students will not be turned away from education for incomplete vaccination paperwork, but they will be referred to the local health authority to complete vaccinations.
